"I am a woman- I can be as contrary as I choose." (Dowager Countess, Downton Abbey)
You needn't be schizophrenic to have more than one identity. In fact, I am convinced to unite seven different characters in myself. One to every letter of my first name. - I know, that might sound very ridiculous to you, but then again, this is one identity of mine, as well. But let's not talk about my other crazy features and turn to the most interesting, instead: My seventh identity. (The name of my blog - what a coincidence!!)
So, let me introduce you to the artist: The artist in me loves creating new stuff and believes in the skills of my very own hands. The development from an idea to an actual real object is pure magic. Every old piece of furniture or fabric, every corner of a room can be turned into something special. Nothing is more satisfactory than being able to say "I made this."
Just to make this clear: I am certaintly not the master of sewing, sawing & painting, I do not own the best equipment for documenting my creation and my English isn't the best either. But - being always on the hunt for new ideas myself- I thought some people might be interested in my projects as well...
I hope you'll enjoy the results of the outbreaks of my 7th identity. And maybe some of the others will be introduced to you later...
